Our Promise

Authentication is not a step in our process — it is the foundation of it. Every handbag, watch, and object we offer has been reviewed against recognized authentication standards before it is ever listed for sale.

We stand behind that review. In the rare event that a piece purchased from La Maison Petit Rocher is later proven to be inauthentic by a recognized, independent authentication service, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee is the one exception to our all-sales-final policy.

How It Works

1. Contact us within 90 days of receiving your piece.
2. Provide documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service detailing the finding.
3. Return the piece to us in exactly the same condition in which it was shipped.

Once we've reviewed the documentation and confirmed the finding, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Authenticity is only meaningful when it's real. Our Buyer Protection Policy exists so you can collect with confidence — whether it's your first piece or the newest addition to a lifelong collection.
