1. About Us
La Maison Petit Rocher LLC ("we," "us," "the Maison") is a resale and consignment business based in Little Rock, Arkansas, offering authenticated handbags, watches, and curated objects.
2. Nature of Our Products
La Maison Petit Rocher offers a curated mix of new and pre-owned designer goods. Each listing specifies the condition of the item using one of the following categories:
- New, with box and tags: unworn, with original packaging and tags intact
- New, without box or tags: unworn, but original packaging and/or tags are not included
- Like New: pristine, with no signs of use
- Excellent: very light signs of use, visible only on close inspection
- Very Good: light, normal signs of use, such as faint scratches on hardware or light corner wear
- Good: visible signs of use, such as hardware tarnish or light marks, fully functional
- Fair: heavier signs of use or flaws, described in detail in the listing
Each piece is reviewed against recognized authentication standards prior to listing. Condition, provenance, and included accessories (boxes, dust bags, papers) are described to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing; buyers should review the stated condition category and any accompanying notes before purchasing.
The photographs are part of each listing’s description. Please review all photos carefully: they show the exact condition, details and any signs of use of the piece you will receive. If you would like additional photos or details before purchasing, message us and we will gladly send them.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines and carriers will be communicated at the time of sale. Every shipment is insured for its purchase value and requires adult signature on delivery. Orders over $500 ship free; orders of $500 or less ship for a flat rate of $15. Risk of loss for shipped items passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address on the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Returns & Authenticity
All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Buyer Protection Policy, which together govern authenticity-related claims and damaged or incorrect shipments.
6. Consignment
Consignors submitting items for sale agree to our consignment terms as communicated individually at the time of submission, including authentication requirements and payout terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the La Maison Petit Rocher name, logos, photography, and written content — is the property of La Maison Petit Rocher LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Maison Petit Rocher LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or use of the site will apply.
