All Sales Are Final

Due to the curated, one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all purchases from La Maison Petit Rocher are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. We encourage every buyer to review all photos, condition notes, and measurements carefully, and to reach out with any questions before completing a purchase.

The only exception to this policy is covered under our separate Buyer Protection Policy, which addresses authenticity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
