In Her Own Words
"My grandfather was a watchmaker. He taught me that what matters isn't the object itself, but the life it's held for someone else — and the next chapter it quietly awaits."— Cassandra, Founder
Our Story
The story behind La Maison Petit Rocher isn't a marketing idea — it started with a family, a city, and an object small enough to fit in a palm.
The Name
A name carried across three ideas — place, legacy, and time.
Named for the rock upon which Little Rock itself was founded — a quiet tribute to where the Maison began.
A rock keeps what it's given — every mark, every story, held quietly within it. We exist to do the same with the stories behind each piece.
Rock is shaped by time. A watch measures it; a handbag collects memories within it. Time and rock are inseparable here.
From the Founder
My grandfather spent his life among gears, springs, and the quiet architecture of time. From him, I inherited more than a trade's worth of stories — I inherited a pocket watch, small enough to fit in a palm, patient enough to have outlived him.
But the watch was never the real inheritance. He gave me love and an endless curiosity — for learning, for science, for the sheer magnificence of the universe. He taught me that life is made of experiences, not things — which is exactly why we treat every piece here as something more than an object.
My grandfather, at his bench — the world this Maison was born from.
In Her Own Words
"My grandfather was a watchmaker. He taught me that what matters isn't the object itself, but the life it's held for someone else — and the next chapter it quietly awaits."— Cassandra, Founder
"I've come to believe that the people who enter our lives, and the objects that travel with us, are rarely a coincidence. Sometimes the connection isn't visible until much later — and when it finally is, it changes how you see everything that came before."
Giving Back
Preserving what deserves to endure extends beyond objects — to the people and places around us.
1% of every commission supports Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation — caring for children in the city where the Maison began.
1% of every commission supports Make-A-Wish Arkansas — because a wish granted becomes a story a family carries forever.
Beyond dollars, we give our time — one volunteer day each year, with each organization.
