Processing Time

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Given the curated nature of our inventory, each piece receives individual attention before it leaves us — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available, but we're happy to discuss special arrangements on a case-by-case basis — reach out to us directly.

Complimentary Insured Shipping on Orders Over $500

Domestic orders over $500 ship free via FedEx or UPS, insured for their purchase value, with adult signature required on delivery. Orders of $500 or less ship insured, with adult signature required, for a flat rate of $15.

Local Delivery — Little Rock, Arkansas

For buyers located in Little Rock, we're happy to arrange personal hand-delivery in lieu of shipping. Contact us after purchase to coordinate a time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the address on the order. Every shipment is insured for its purchase value. If your piece is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if tracking shows no delivery, and we will handle the carrier claim.
